IMMIGRATION SERVICES

CRC is a 501 C 3 nonprofit social services and advocacy organization dedicated to empowering and integrating new immigrants in Westchester County, NY
DONATE TODAY
CRC's immigration services are the most sought after forms of assistance we provide.  Our nation's broken immigration system has left literally millions of families in a state of flux about their ability to stay in the United States, to continue driving our economy and raising their families here.  While such administrative programs as DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) have provided some relief for our communities, the need for high quality affordable immigration services is as critical as ever. By providing consultations, direct assistance, and informational workshops, and as of 2016 bolstered by our recognition as official BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) representatives, CRC seeks to meet this essential community need.

Immigration Consultations:

If you have a questions about your immigration status or need help with your immigration case, be careful who you see. Only lawyers licensed to practice in state or federal courts can give legal advice. Lawyers or representatives accredited by the immigration court can represent you in immigration court or assist you filling out immigration applications.
Fraudulent immigration providers (so-called "Notarios") can cause you to lose thousands of dollars and harm your immigration status. If you need an immigration attorney/lawyer or immigration consultation, please contact Janet Rolon, BIA accredited, at 914-835-1512 or at jrolon@crcny.org to schedule an appointment.

BIA program:

CRC provides assistance on immigration applications at a nominal fee or no cost on based on income eligibility.
Our BIA accredited representative, Janet Rolon, may assist with the following applications:
Family Petitions
Adjustment of status
Consular processing
Replacement of documents
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
Referrals for victims of domestic violence and other crimes
Naturalization applications
Certificates of Citizenship

Because of the large number of people we see on a daily basis, we can only take clients by appointments. To schedule a free initial consultation for immigration assistance, please call our office at  914-835-1512.
